So for those interested here is a little tid bit of immformation from the Virginia Military Institute, or "the Hill" as we so "lovingly refer to it down here in the rat mass. As many of you know, VMI is famous for supplying the Rockbridge Artillery with 4 guns known as the apostles (i.e; mattheew, mark, luke, and john) and is still famous for having those 4 guns on display infront of Jacksons statue infront of Old Barracks. This is actually false, 2 of the guns were seperated and have not made their way back, the guns on display (of wick\h only 2 are original) are affectionatley called matthew, mark, george, and bill by the corps. Just thought ya'll might like that.
