FELTER V. KEMPTHORNE

Hello to everyone who is reading the message board.
I have looked almost every night since we decided to have a "Message Board" and haven't seen any comments,
suggetions.. etc. from either Plaintiffs or Readers.
I want to encourage everyone to "use" the Message
Board. If we are not going to use it, then we may as
will take it off.
This is the perfect oppurtunity for anyone who has a question, suggestion, etc. to post it. The only thing we ask is be sincere and don't post any bad
messages.
At the present time we are still wating for Judge Roberts to take Jurisdiction of our case. Once he
does this, then the case will once again start moveing.. by that i mean that briefs etc. will have to
be fild etc. Iam hopeing the once the case starts up
again that it will move as fast as the "Court of Appeals" Court did. I think we got notice from them
last fall... and by December Our Attorney was back
in Washington D.C. argueing our case... and a couple
months later we had a "decision" fron the court.
Keep the Prayers comeing people... Keep your Spirits
high... Rember our Spirit People... and like our
Attorney Dennis Chappabitty states... "Keep the Fires
Burning.."
We will notify everyone as soon as we hear from the Courts.
Come on lets see some activity on "your" message board.
Many Blessings to you and your Familys.
Oranna B. Felter
Lead Plaintiff, Felter v. Kempthorne
{Thanks to "Yellowpine" for the fantastic job he does
in keeping our website upadated etc."}
