Ute Distribution Corporation
The U.D.C. has developed a web site (udccentral.com) and for some reason has made this site a limited access site. In order to access their site you need permission from the site admin. My question is why would any person or corporation go to the expence and trouble of building a internet website and then block the public from visiting it? Can it be they have something to hide? |

I believe this sight has been formed to jerk our chain. many of we Indians know this corporation was formed with the full intent of cheating these Indians out of their future survival income via the UPT Act Division. When this Corporation was brought up before the 490 Indians for vote there were only 40 voters at the meeting in question. To me this does not constitute a Quorum for a legal vote. There were two hundred and forty two legal voters at the time. non the less the Department of the Interior did not try to stop John S .Boyden, the Indians so called attorney from calling this a legal vote. Amid all this there were 248 minors who were supossidley under the protection of the United States Interior according to the progressive state of PL 671. According to The United States Senate's review of the Documents subbmitted to this branch of the United States Government their understanding about these mineral stocks( were to be held in trust for 10 years after termination which would have been 1974. Senator Mark Andrews Questioned the legallity of the termination it's self. My Nick name for the Pl 671 is (cloak and Dagger) I made this comment in a News letter back when and recieved one of many threating phone calls, telling me they would hang me. I notified the Inspector General for the Western United States and he told me he would have someone there by noon the next day. I don't know what we done or how he done it but, they left me alone for awhile. |

As Many of you Originals know UDC has always been a pain in our sides, and has not helped the people one bit. Ute Distribution Corporation is mainly Stockholders who have "bought, traded, etc. the Original 490 stockshares that should have been held federally for each 490 "original" member." The Affiliated Ute Board of Directors who was set up "Federally" and has been the one and "only" board set up...by congress "Never did authorize the formation of a corporation named: Ute Distribution Corporation. Affiliated Ute Citizens Board of Directors was authorized representatives of the mixed blood people. As far as the implemation of the UPA, Congress "did not" approve Ute Distribution Corporation period! (note: The present Affiliated Ute Board is not the authorizied representatives of the mixed blood people today, yes its true the AUC never was totally dissolved, and when Parker Nielson was taking cases through he made sure the AUC alive, in which it was. The AUC bord "today" did not go by the constitution and bylaws of AUC in putting their board members in, so they are acting contrary to the constitution and by laws of AUC.) Ute Distributon Corporatin uses the name of "MIXEDBLOOD" in all the the cases they file, makeing it look like they represent "all" the terminated 490 original mixed bloods.. "They do not!!" The only terminated mixed bloods they can represent according to UDC's Constitution and By Laws is the originals who still own "stockshares" in which UDC is controlled by mostly "NON INDIANS" and "THE UTE INDIAN TRIBE"...(it is qestionable to me sense UDC wasn't set up by Congress etc. if they can actually represent any stockholer???)Look at Court Cases and transcripts of UDC and you will see how they "USE" the Terminated Mixed Bloods to try and "win cases" for the "Stockholders" who three fourts are non members or the Ute Indian Tribe. The Ute Indian Tribe is as bad as Ute Distribution Corporation, making money off the mixed blood uinta utes. I think its a shame. Now i see this "website" that supposidly has been developed come to light... and has a limited access. I feel like eveyone else "why??" We are open with our website... they are accessing it and makeing it avaliable to their "stockholders".. why not show us their website. Thats another thing I wanted to mention, since the original mixed blood people have been fighting to have their lands, water, identy, etc. restored... "NOT ONCE HAS UTE DISTRIBUTION CORPORATION offered to give any kind of support to help the people "that they are suppose to be representing..." (we know thats not true)Ute Distribution Corporation is only dedicated to its "stockholders".. who if it was investigated are probably making "BILLIONS OF DOLLARS" of the Terminated Mixed Blood People." Many who have died broke, and with broken hearts. |
