Attorneys Response to the Governments motion to dismiss

Our Attorney, Dennis Chappabitty, Yesterday, Sept 27, 2007, filed our opposition to the governments renewed motion to dismiss our case. Our response brief is available on the website.

GUYS SHOULD ALL BE THANKFUL THAT YOU HAVE AN ATTORNEY
THAT IS AS DEDICATED TO HELPING US WIN THIS CASE AS
DENNIS IS...BOY WHEN I READ THE BRIEF I HAVE TO TELL
YOU IT IS ABSOUTLY "FANTASTIC..." I HOPE EACH ONE
OF YOU WILL LET DENNIS KNOW THAT YOU ARE BEHIND HIM
