Yep I think it's quite good actually, it can get fairly busy at certain times which can be annoying as it obviously isn't as big a place as somewhere like Fitness First! If you're prepared to arrange to go at less busy times or maybe wait to use stuff then go for it! Also at the moment it isn't as busy cos everyone has loads of work to do so it's fairly quiet!

Its ok. You get what you pay for. I've never thought much of the flashy gyms like fitness first cos you pay a fortune to do the same stuff you could do in the uni gym. Its not great but it does what its supposed to do.

Is the Uni Gym any good? I came across an unofficial Uni guide which described Huddersfield Uni's Gym as dilapidated and crap but praised other local gyms which give discounts to students.
Any thoughts?

Don't know about the gym cos' I've only been to the Sports Hall for exams
