We are considering relocating to the Newport News area (from NY State). I would appreciate any information on work in the area, such as freelance v. official? Do freelancers in that area cover the entire area of Newport News/ Norfolk/ Hampton, or do they just cover one area? Are freelancers traditionally employed by one agency, or do they work when they are called by any agency? Thanks for any info. |
