Long term Bahamas charter,

The Boss and I are looking for owner's time or for a longer, (30 day) charter in the Bahamas, S. Florida, or VI's.

We'd prefer a <43' Cat.

Any owner's, or those who might give information or assiatance would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Long term Bahamas charter,

Why don't you invest in us and get three weeks every year all inclusive, crewed charter on a very spacious, luxury catamaran?

A very successful charter business is for sale. We want to buy it, but we need a loan. We are looking for a private lender who likes to charter. Here's what we figured an investor would get by loaning us the money we need $250,000 to get this boat.

Investment Vehicle Comparison

1) Savings Account: 2.5%/year - save, long term, low return
2) CD 6% - 7%/year - safe, short term, low return
3) Stock Market Avg. 11%/year - super risky, long term
4) Real Estate (Variable) - mostly risky or long term

Our Loan Terms

1) 6% interest = $15,000/year
+ 3 weeks of 6 person all inclusive, crewed charters/year = value of $29,100/year

Total RETURN on investment yearly =
$44,100 or 17.6% on initial loan of $250,000.

2) 1995 40’ Dean Catamaran as collateral - worth $260,000 with all the gear according to market survey

Imagine coming and spending time on this boat, it'll be a blast. If you know anyone who might want to invest, pass this on and let us know.
THANKS!

Re: Long term Bahamas charter,

Dear Cliff and Tonda,

In the Bahamas, I'd suggest the Exumas over Abaco. Crewed catamaran SOLSTICE specializes in the magical Exumas, and they have full diving and dive instruction. A long term charter can includes other areas in the Bahamas.

You can see details through my website, www.orcasailing.com, which leads to www.YachtSolstice.com.
