Message:		Happy Monday! Dave and I missed our regular gang on Saturday. 14 miles wasn’t so bad—especially the first 11 or so of it was overcast and good running. It was a little challenging at the end but what do you expect? I’m sending this week’s info out via email and will also post on the board, but the website is barely hanging in there. SEVEN miles this week…sorry about the slip up last week! www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=232317 START: Westmoreland and Grove Intersection 1. Left on Grove 2. Left on Locke (cross Cary into Windsor Farms) 3. Left on Dover 4. Right on Portland Place 5. Left on Douglasdale (cross Expressway) 6. Left on Blanton 7. Right on Park Drive 8. Left on Westover Avenue 9. Gentle left on Boatlake Drive 10. Right on Blvd (cross Expressway) 11. Left on Monument 12. Left on Chantilly (modified SAG) 13. Continue on Bunting once crossing Patterson 14. Left on Grove 7.22 Miles It will most likely be getting dark or dark at the end of the run. Be alert for traffic and run facing traffic. Stay on sidewalks as available. Run on! Andrea
