Message:		I am happy to start a pace group in the 9:00-9:30 per minute range. I know that is a big range, but whatever pace is the most requested we will go w/ that. I believe some other coaches are willing to do the same... you just need to help us out and let us know. Post here, if you would like us to help you for the start or the whole race... just let us know what your pace request is. DISCLAIMER: this is all up for change depending on what the weatherman says.. right now we are looking ok!!
