Mountain Cycle San Andreas DHS for sale
![]() Excellent condition, asking only £1000 to own this piece of mountain biking history. This bike takes everything in its stride and even climbs well. Specification:- Aluminium monocoque frame with custom valved Fox vanilla R shock, ideally suited to a rider of 12-13 stone although new coils can be purchased for around £30. Features adjustable shock mount to adjust wheelbase and ride height. Travel 6.5" Fork is a Rockshox Revelation 426 Coil U-turn with 85-130mm of travel. These forks are less than 6 months old. Shifters are Sram X9, rear mech is Sram X9, front mech is Shimano XT. Chainset is a Shimano Hone with Raceface bash guard. Stem and Headset are hope, Handlebars are easton EA70 Monkeylite. Brakes are Hope Mono M4 with 180mm floating rotors front & rear. Wheels are Mavic XM819 (tubeless) built onto Hope XC hubs. Saddle is an SDG Ti Bel-air mounted on a Ritchey seatpost. The bike has been updated since this photo was taken and therefore doesn't show some of the upgrades. Trust me, you won't regret buying this bike. |

You know how it is, I'm emigrating so I thought I would try a new bike as well. I may well even buy a brand new San Andreas once I'm in the US. It is the best bike I've ever ridden, it will be hard to replace. |

Ah but I have enough trouble getting my lighter bike up the hills Besides, I got better drivetrain and brakes on mine
