why do the beautiful south insist on releasing the three worst tracks on the album? they have been doing this now for the last few albums. Painting it red was a classic example. 'You can call me liesure' and other grat songs like that get left and the weak songs are always released. if they had any sense they would realise that this is the reason that they are failing to achieve any decent sales. paul and dave's writing is fantastic...they just dont show the single buying public. come on....try and release a single that makes people go 'wow!' rather that 'oh it's yet more BS pap' heaton fan since 1985 |

I have to agree, songs on the album are brilliant! but the single choices are poor. Good songs nevertheless but not really single matereal.
