i found a really good site tonight, so i thought id share it with you. its www.coping.org. it offers tools for life's stressors (depression, anger, loss). it also offers tools for relationships, leading a balanced lifestyle, healing your inner child, and dealing with control issues. looks really helpful so i hope youll all check it out!
