Prince Nguyen Phuc Buu Chanh of Vietnam living in Exile in the United States

I am writing you to bring to your attention of His Imperial Highness Prince Buu Chanh of Vietnam that has been living in the United States since being exiled from Vietnam in 1975.

Prince Buu Chanh is leading an organization called the Vietnamese Constitutional Monarchist League that is attempting to peacefully form a transitional government for Vietnam so a democratic dual party system can be possible under a Constitutional Monarchy to liberate the Vietnamese people, which King Sihanouk of Cambodia has succeeded with the help of the United Nations to mandate a democratic election and the people chose to form a Constitutional Monarchy Government in 1993.

His Imperial Highness Prince Buu Chanh of Vietnam was recently awarded The Republican Senatorial Medal of Freedom. The Republican Senatorial Medal of Freedom has also been awarded to Margaret Thatcher, Ronald Reagan and General Norman Schwarzkopf, which is the highest and most prestigious Award Republican Senators-U.S. Senate can bestow on an individual.

Former Senate Majority Leader Bob Dole and Senator Alphonse M. D'Amato awarded Prince Buu Chanh with a personalized Eternal Flame of Freedom Brass Medallion and was nominated to have his name engraved on the Ronald Wilson Reagan Eternal Flame of Freedom monument in Washington DC.

Also attached to this letter is a website about Prince Buu Chanh containing information concerning his struggle to politically pressure the Communist Government in Vietnam, so that you may familiarize yourself with his campaign and notice that you both share common goals concerning the Liberty and Rights of the people of Vietnam.
