The family felt the deal was designed to get 1.3 mil for the non-managing partners and $400 thousand for the executor of the Estate and after taxes, leave Bo's family with nothing and no future. Since Bo's death, the failings of his will and his flawed sense of trust have become apparent. The managing partners WILL NOT SPEAK TO THE FAMILY OF BO DIDDLEY JUST BECAUSE THEIR MOTIVES HAVE BEEN QUESTIONED. THE EXECUTOR WILL NOT SPEAK TO THE FAMILY AND HAS REFUSED TO PAY A MEDICAL BILL FOR BO'S GRANDDAUGHTER OR AS HE STATED "I'm not paying in light of what's going on" BECAUSE HE HAS BEEN ASKED TO PROVIDE PHONE RECORDS TO PROVE HE PERFORMED THE WORK HE CLAIMS HE DID.
