Pam, you had suggested we try guessing the meaning of Sitmoia.Of course I "cheated" and Googled it only to find there was a song in the 70's by Thin Lizzy titled "Sitamoia" in which the last stanza talks about children abandoned, children forsaken,.....and to quote the last line "What about the children though". Much of Paul's work is to benefit the children (God love him!)- EGPAF, Glaser Pediatric Research Network,and the upcoming books dealing with characters who are children. That's my guess. I did try dissecting "Sitmoia" looking for Greek or Latin derivatives, but that didn't work.
