Hi,
I've been working on this connection all day...My sister is the one who has done most of the genealogy work, but she has found Susanna Hale/Hail/Haile as the wife of Robert Craghead, and mother of John Craghead. That John Craghead (1740-1808) is where our line comes from.
She has Susanna born 07 Dec 1727 in Maryland.
She's been working on ancestry.com, so she may have gotten that info from someone else's tree.
This Robert Craghead has been perplexing and confusing me!
