Can anyone give us some helpful hints when trying to move a wild colony into a hive box? We tried removing one from a RV, but we couldn't find the queen, and we ended up loosing a lot of bees.
Please give us some learning suggestions.

WOW, I still remember my first bee removal. The best thing I can advise is keep trying. You'll get better as you go along.

There really isn't too many resources out there for the beginner bee remover (although Cindy Bee and myself should be publishing a book on the subject next year)
