innate immunity

Lysozyme is a bactericidal protein present in all the body fluid constituting the important part of innate immunity.which are the body fluids which lack lysozyme ? How does sweat contribute to innate immunity?

Re: innate immunity

Lysozyme is present in various body fluids (mainly tears, saliva & nasal secretions) except CSF, urine & sweat.
Presence of Fatty acids, high salt concentration & low pH of sweat inhibit the growth of bacteria.
