Painting that is almost certainly Powers and the lady
That gave it to me had an amazing story about it and
The painter and the lady in the painting.
I have a picture of the painting I can share.
Anyone have any answers for me.

I believe he did advertisements for chesterfield and camel cigerettes. I also read that he smoked a lot.
