For a long time I've thought Clooney strongly resembled 1950s-era Tyrone. If you watch "Out of Sight", it is really apparent.

But yet another TP resembler is Gavin Rossdale. Rossdale was the lead singer in a popular alternative band in the 90s called Bush. He's now married to pop princess Gwen Stefani. Gavin is an actor, too, and was most recently seen as a bad angel in the Keanu Reeves flick, "Constantine".

Maybe I am cuckoo in the coco, but does anyone else agree that Gavin resembles TP? I actually met Gavin a year ago here in Jacksonville...it struck me then, too. Screen caps from "Constantine"...

Yeah, I agree with you Clooney resembles TP. I dunno about this actor, though. Other than the coloring I don't see a marked resemblance (perhaps the eyes, a bit). Good lookin' guy, however :-)!

Gavin's band, The Institute, opened for U2 on the Southeast leg of the Vertigo tour. The next day The Institute played The Freebird here in town and I met him there. He was awesome (and I am more of a No Doubt/Gwen Stefani fan). I think their coloring is similar, him and Tyrone's.

Hhhmm, yeah I imagine he would be awesome, although like you I like Stefani as well.

Other than his coloring I don't see a similary look-wise with TP. Actually, other than Clooney---and even he resembles TP more in the 'idea' of it with the dark brows, etc. as opposed to any real resemblance----I can't think of anyone that even comes close to resembling the man outright, imho.
