While perusing the internet (a chronic sickness, what can I say :-)!), I came across "Video Retro" which offers "This Above All" on dvd. Not sure what the quality is like, but they're selling it cheap, so it may be worth the risk.
Along with Zorro and Nightmare Alley, this has one of his best 40's performances, IMNSHO.
