Came across this in an old AMC mag.---true color of an outfit TP wore in "Mark of Zorro." Have not seen the colorized verion of the film, but it's rather interesting to see what the actual color of this outfit was :-).

They did colorize it blue, but no gold was added for the beaded motif. It's all one color.

This is certainly more vivid, although they did a decent job of the colorization. It probably would have cost too much to really get detailed down to the beadwork.

Really, that's interesting Melody. Makes sense that they couldn't add more detail regarding the embroidery. One more reason why I'm glad the whole colorization movement has more or less gone by the wayside!
