Sorry but there will be a temporary halt to translations and posts as I injured my right hand (nothing too serious) and it's in a black plastic and velcro splint thingie which makes it extremely difficult to type. Will be reading tho.

it is amazing what 24 hours in a Batman style gauntlet and a couple of pills will do...the godawful pain has subsided. Should be able to go for a while w/o this thing on my hand/wrist by the weekend.

Did you try icing at all? I strained something in my lower back a few weeks ago (dancing of course) and it was a big help.

Yes, dr. told me to ice it too so I am also doing that.
