Looking for Slim Crabtree, Pvte 1st Class, 1950-51 in Ruislip, real name supposed to be Herman J CRABTREE, over 6ft tall, dark complexioned, he rode a motor bike and loved country music, he was in the Clerical Section at USAF 3rd Base, Ruislip.
General Johnson said he had been posted to Korea and killed by enemy fire whilst walking between two buildings. I think he was from Ohio. PLEASE any one can help, this has haunted me for over 60 years, help me before I die...Anything good or bad..
I have never forgotten him , whoever he really was.
