I really enjoyed this site. Upon moving to Richmond to attend VCU, I've become fascinated with the history of this city. My first job down here was at the Hotel John Marshall. I know there are wonderful stories about this hotel, it opened in 1929-the day the stock market crashed! (it has been cursed since it opened basically.) I would really appreciate some pictures of this hotel. I heard an urban legend about it while i was working there: since it opened during the depression, it was a place for people to end their lives which had been ruined by the crash. When it was built it was the tallest building in Richmond, so people would check in, and since you didn't have to pay upon entrance, they would go to the roof and jump. There was apparently a number of deaths from people jumping, for losing their fortune. I think its a wonderful historical landmark, and i think you should feature it on this site.
Thanks
