I'm a student @ VCU (School of the Arts). I moved to the east end from Northern VA last year to finish school. I like to explore different places in the area just because I'm a curious person. My husband and I came across Evergreen and we were so upset. I actually did a photographic project with my brother's bestfriend, (who is also in art school), in the cemetery because of the creep factor. I am truly sorry about the state Evergreen is in. My husband owns a lawncare service, maybe a group could get together and do some work to help restore the resting place of so many fine Richmonders. If anyone knows about the history of this site I would be truly grateful. Everytime I go here I have a calm, but sad feeling. If anyone would want to do some work here please email me. Thank you!
