Imagine a convention of the brightest young political and social minds in the world. Each individual stands up and gives a rousing speech about their specific convictions, ideals, morals and values. Each and every person holding something high and mighty, their god, their state, even the radicals with their high minded idealism, impractical ridiculousness, speaking social change or social stagnation. The conservatives and the liberals, the socialists, the moderates, everyone is here.
Then it is time for the last young man in the room to speak, he stands up slowly, confident but with a general apathy. To the rest in the room he states... i believe... in nothing.
No one will realise that what this young man has said in 4 words sums up our entire existence, the nature of human beings, our daily grinds and everyone elses political rhetoric.
The young man thanks the assembly, sits down with the same apathy and waits patiently.
Imagine the confusion.
