Why does this new council keep changing the dates of when the trailers will be given away? It seems like they don't know what they are doing because nothing good is happening except money going in the pockets of them and their friends/family. Where is our elder checks??? At least the other council knew what they were doing and could execute a plan. The tribe is being ran down hill financially with these inexperienced people playing like council members. That's what you get when you let one greedy person control everything and replace knowledgable council members with people without tribal experience or even common sense. All they know is how to pay themselves for meetings and the members get nothing.

Current list of failures:

You received a 10% plus increase in the IDC rate because you give raises we can't afford - FAIL
Consequence: services are cut to tribal members just so choice employees can received a salary.

Trailers that you cannot give away because they are missing titles - FAIL
Consequence: Tribal members who need a home have to wait even longer to either get their money back or get a mobile home.

People having to resign because there is no money in their program - FAIL
Consequence: this is one of many that will lose thier job because the chairman does not recommend/hire experienced people to take care of our money so the new IDC rate will bankrupt the tribal programs and services will suffer.

You people are so incapable that you cannot even get the elders the checks you proimised them before Christmas - EPIC FAIL
Consequence: many elders were relying on that money for Christmas and it never came so when election time comes round, I doubt any of you sitting on council right now will get their vote. Unless the election board is really stacked in the chairman's favor like we keep hearing or they extend her term one more year like good little followers.

and the list of failures continue under this not-so-bright Chairman and the not-so-bright folks who CHOOSE to follow and believe every word that comes out of her mouth.

Do not fret for 2013 will be a year full of positive changes - some of them beginning this month! My advice: Don't fight the changes, embrace them for the Caddo people will again have a voice as our Constitution intended!
