There are several petitions going around. One is support the other I don't. Margie is carrying one to over turn council decision regarding Joyce's removal, and the other to overturn their decision putting Brenda as vice chair and removing their sanctions against the former council 5 and Jeri. I will personally signed the ones for the rescinding putting Brenda in a vice and removing the sanctions. Regardless of how one may feel about the former council 5, the council has no right to issue sanctions. I just really found this out, and it ****** me off to no end.
These people have absolutely no Constitutional right to do what they did. The former council can not get tags, or anything.
From my understanding there is a letter from Mr. Vaughn to told the council they could, have not seen the letter but I am going to get a copy somehow, he should be taken before the bar for such, it violates the Constitution, and big time violates the Indian Civil Rights Act.
THis could happen to you. If the council does not like you , you could be sanctioned. I don't care what was done, fact of the matter is, the council is not a court system. Disallowed costs is how is worded in some audit, thats another idiot, the auditor, But, then that would be mean, any council should have sanctions by that standard, what about Glenda the friendly witch, are there sanctions against her, doubt it, what about Parkers son , there were disallowed costs from his program And what about the mighty one herself, she has indebted the tribe big time, and it was disallowed by the BIA, so why is she still sitting there, where are her sanctions. I saw the last audit, there are disallowed costs, so where are the sanctions against the counil
Bottom line, they don't like the former council five so they did this, becareful Caddo people, you could be next.
I also understand a Civil RIghts attorney is now looking into this, and they can be sued on a person level. Did you all see the article about that in the paper. Read it , it states the tribe can't be sued but they can as individuals, Well, I hoped they get their butts sues to hell and back

The current council seemed to start out trying to rectify wrongs that have been done by Parker and almost all of her former partners (council members). They get the ball, take it down, "shoot" make the goal and drop the ball from that point on.

I have heard of the petitions, one is to get the sanctions off the Council 5 and appoint Brenda Edwards back to her Binger position as Binger Rep, then appoint Diane Sparks to the position of Vice-Chair. I heard that only half of what was supposed to happen at the last council meeting, actually happened. Brenda was put back to Binger and Diane was placed in as Vice-chair. That is good and it follows the Constitution, at least where there is the Chair, Vice-Chair and then Secretary to call meetings, (in that order).

I hear the other petition is being carried by Margie R. to try to get her aunt back in as Vice-Chairman. That is bad in my opinion. My thoughts are that anyone who would sign a petition to get someone back in who repeatedly violated the Constitution over the years, AS HAS PARKER, I, personally could not trust. The fact that Margie is carrying the petition is the first reason. She has helped throw, for lack of a better word, elections since Parker and Hinse have been in there. Parker since 1999 (as Chairman), 1999-2001 (one term), 2001-2003 (two terms), 2003-2007 (third term), still there. THE CONSTITUTION STATES "3 TERMS" You go figure.

Back to the present Council, it seems they most certainly have the interest of the Caddo people in mind, they are just new and have never dealt with these kind of people before. Yes, they have been getting some advice but usually say "let us think about it". Too late!!! By the time they think about it, they have already been run over by a steam roller. Parker, and I believe, maybe, Hinse is still in the background, they are on a roll 24/7. Parker now has two Comanche people, who seem very good at what they do and also at what they are told to do, working for her. I mean, what the heck, Parker is married to a Comanche. Actually, I understand we have several Comanches working up there in Director or Supervisory positions, where are the Caddo people? Does that bother this Council, or you people out there reading this, obviously not, they are still there, looking good. ALL IT TAKES IS FOR A FEW OF US, INDIVIDUALLY, "BETTER COLLECTIVELY" TO LET THIS COUNCIL KNOW WE HAVE A FEW CADDO PEOPLE WHO COULD ALSO DO THESE JOBS.

Then we have Brenda S., who worked under Parker until Parker got the Chair position, she then worked under Amber K., until Parker and spouse got their Comanche home, then Amber is gone, THEN Brenda S. does her thing until she goofs. She is then placed in Finance, WHAT A BETTER PLACE TO BE, she in now Acting Finance Officer and I understand we have at least 3 people in there with degrees. I have heard the one with the degree in Accounting or whatever is non-Indian but does not want it because of the hassle from Parker, I believe that was the case until Parker could casually place Brenda S. in the Acting position. WHY ELSE WOULD WE BE OVER BUDGET $200,000 PLUS RIGHT NOW?

These are just some of my thoughts.

THIS PRESENT COUNCIL COULD REALLY USE SOME SUPPORT FROM OUT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So who is Parker after? Diane Sparks or Brenda Edwards? I was told the Council got the Membership meeting canceled because Parker didn't give enough information for what she wanted pushed through. Does anyone know? It looks like this Council needs our support and I, for one, will give it. Has anyone asked for an audit for Hinse and Parker?

FINANCE DIRECTOR HAS NO DEGREE???? That's pretty dang scary. Caddo tribe is getting millions of dollars in a loan from blankety-blank gaming company for a casino. Then turn it over to our finance. With one degree among all of them to take care ofthe millions.

Parker got hit with $200,000 in DISALLOWED COSTS!!! her son also had disallowed costs!! Wow!!

For your information: ALL THE MONEY THAT THE COUNCIL 5 SPENT WAS IN LEGAL MEETINGS FOR LEGAL COSTS. By the way what happened to the auditor??? Heard the BIA is after him for that for that crooked audit.

My my my, it is actually coming to light. Yes, the auditor is a crooked as a snake, actually snake is straight compared to him, and the audits were nothing but a political joke. I know for a fact Hinse and Kodaseet owes money to the tribe, for all their illegal meetings, what about Glenda E, she certainly owes money, but No nothing has happened to her yet, Oh and get this , found out from a friend of a friend, the tribe paid for Brenda E's husband 's ticket to Washington to go with her. Is that is in the audit, since when do we pay for the spouse of a council member or an employee for that matter, WE DON"T, is that in the audit Mr.Auditor My guess is not.
One day it will all come out, and we are going to be left holding the bag, I for one am like Itsie, I feel like a idiot, I should have listened to the Council 5, they were telling us the truth

How many illegal meetings did Parker, Hinse & Kodaseet hold? Did they get paid for these illegal meetings? So how much money was it, at $50 a meeting? Shame, shame. Shouldn't those 3 have sanctions against them and not be able to hold office or get services?

Then those 3 have the nerve to say that the Council 5 owe money for the legal meetings they got paid for.
