waist for overweight people

Hi,

I am 22 and roughly 15kg overweight, I have a bulging waistline (42). My aim is to reduce my waistline, however I am confused on how to achieve that.
Should I just cardio all the time, or should I do crunches and knee raises or perhaps both ?

well, a combination of both is the best option. Infact its very important too that you use some weights besides cardio so that you muscle strength and bone density can be maintained. If possible working all the body (not just stomach exercises). Try low to medium intensity weights as higher levels will actually require you to eat more and put on some extra fat. Best of luck
