I don't have the pics right now.....but I guess you can find them on the net easily. As for the names of the asanas/exercises to search for, for back pains they are: Hal-Asan, Dhanur-Asan, Bhujang-Asan, Paschimottan-Asan, Shalabh-Asan, Ardhmatsyetana-Asan, Trikon-Asan and finally Ustr-Asan. You can do them in any order but try finishing with the last one. Do them for 2-3 reps initially and take to 8-12 reps gradually as you become more comfortable. Try to remain in the asanas for atleast 10 secs (oruntil exhausted). But don't do them without your doctor's permission if the back-pain is because of injuries, slipdisks etc.
