I am a 18 year old college student. I am 6 ft and weigh 195 lbs with about 20% body fat. I mainly just want to tone my body to like Tom Cruise (think Jerry Maguire) proportions (not too muscular). What type of workout plan should i pursue. Any sites with workout plans or helpful exercises would help as well.

PS- any tips on eating right on a meal plan? lol
