Want explosive power, sport strength with more mass

Hey all
Ive been into weight-training for about 8 month and im 16 yrs old, 75kg,ht of 6 2'.My best lifts are Bench-110 kg
Squat-100 kg
Deadlift-160kg
The above three without suit,gloves, just a belt and with minimal cheating. Im in my 12th std and my parents wont allow me to go to the gym for a few months. Ive got two dumbells at home. In this time i want to improve my explosive strength(Snatch,Clean and Jerk), add a little mass on the fancier muscles and get a 6-pack. Can anyone suggest a good-workout for me?

Dude...yeah your strength is good...hell yeah....anyway as far as building explosive strength...then definately go for plyometric training. Search the web for plyometric training ideas etc for pushups, ab work etc and as far as geting ur sixpack bro just diet hard...no carbs after 3pm EVERY day.
