Building Mass

I am trying to build mass and take off excess fat. I am over 6 feet tall and I am trying to get the six pack abs and the lean shoulders and the works but my eating habits are very strange. can anyone help me get into a sufficient diet?

I guess u should take one thing at a time. either do lots of aerobics with some anaerobics to burn the excess fat OR do the opposite to build some quality muscle mass. What I prefer is the first approach as it enhances the basic mucle strength and builds up stamina and prepares u for later mass building routines. As for eating habits, i guess if u r running (jogging+sprinting) really hard u can burn anything u eat.....still lower your carbs intake while increasing veggies n stuff.
