I am 21 years old and I run for excersize. My goal right now is to lose about ten pounds, and then I want to start strength training to build mass.

What is the best way for me to start gaining muscle mass.

Well the fastest way is testoterone and the best way is weight training + right nutrition (yeah some creatine wll do)i hoped u'd be ore specific next time
