I am the Assistant Review Group Co-ordinator at the Cochrane Cystic Fibrosis & Genetic Disorders Review Group – quite a mouthful I know! We are a non-profit making organisation made up of an international network of health care professionals, researchers and consumers. We prepare, maintain and distribute systematic reviews of randomised control trials of treatment and interventions for CF. These systematic reviews summarise research to allow patients and professionals to make well-informed decisions on healthcare and they are continually maintained and updated. So, while we don’t claim to have the answers to everything, we might have some information which is useful to you.




These reviews are written on a voluntary basis and we very much welcome interest and help from new consumers, referees and potential reviewers who can both benefit from and contribute to our work. You don't need to write the whole review - you can suggest a title/area that needs investigation or agree to act as referee on a new review.
