Penrod the latest victim of a nepotistic council?

She resigned, then there was a new and proactive museum board put in place to fix some of the administrative problems the museum was having. The problems for the most part are fixed and she is back now.

This is the same problem we've had for years. Someone on the council doesn't like a certain employee, they spread it to the other council members, the employee is treated like crap, then the employee is either fired or resigns. We lose so many good people this way. Pettiness reigns supreme at the Caddo Nation, I'm sorry to say. If you make the chairman or her secretary mad, you're as good as gone.

Penrod gone again! The Chairman still had a chip on her shoulder and finally found a way to get rid of her. She also chained the museum doors so nobody can enter without her permission.

What about the museum board?
The Chairman doesn't believe the museum board has a say in museum business despite what their ordinance says.

Don't believe the Chairman has enough between her ears to understand what the museum ordinance says. Understand while she won't recognize her recall she has worked relentlessly to get rid of those council members she feels threatened by.
