Problems with i7 Windows Laptop and Bravenet Website Services - Any Advice?

I’m encountering several issues with my i7 windows laptop while using Bravenet’s website services. The laptop’s performance seems to be affected, and I’m encountering errors specifically related to Bravenet’s tools and features.

Here’s what I’m experiencing:

Performance Slowdowns: My i7 Windows laptop seems to struggle when using Bravenet’s website services. I’m noticing slower load times, lag while navigating the site, and delays in processing tasks, especially when managing website content or using Bravenet’s hosting services.
Error Messages and Crashes: I’ve received error messages while trying to use specific features on Bravenet’s website services, and on occasion, my laptop has even crashed during these tasks. These disruptions make it difficult to effectively use Bravenet’s services.
High Resource Utilization: Despite having a powerful i7 processor, Bravenet’s website services seem to consume an unusually high amount of system resources, which results in my laptop running hot and slowing down other applications.

I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, including updating my browser, clearing cache, and ensuring that my laptop’s drivers are up to date. Unfortunately, these issues with Bravenet’s website services persist.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems with an i7 Windows laptop and Bravenet’s website services? Any insights, troubleshooting tips, or solutions you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
