I’m currently facing some issues with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) solutions related to the Bravenet Web Hosting. Specifically, I’m experiencing challenges with performance and connectivity that are significantly impacting the user experience.

Performance Issues: The VDI sessions hosted on Bravenet Web Hosting are often sluggish, making it difficult for users to work efficiently. Applications take longer to load, and general navigation within the VDI environment is lagging. I’ve tried optimizing the settings on my end, but the performance hasn't improved.
Connectivity Problems: I’ve also noticed frequent disconnections from the VDI sessions, which disrupts workflow and causes frustration among users. It seems to happen randomly, and I'm not sure if it’s related to network stability or issues within the Bravenet hosting environment.
Resource Allocation: I suspect that there may be resource allocation issues on the Bravenet side. I’m concerned that the server resources available for my VDI solution may not be sufficient for the number of users I have, which could be causing the performance problems.
Integration Challenges: Integrating VDI with other tools and services has also been problematic. I’m having difficulty ensuring seamless access to shared files and applications, which is essential for our workflow.
I’ve tried reaching out to Bravenet support for assistance, but the responses have been slow, and I haven’t received a clear solution to my problems.

Has anyone else experienced similar challenges while using Bravenet Web Hosting with vdi solutions? Any advice on troubleshooting these issues or optimizing performance would be greatly appreciated. I’m eager to hear your suggestions or any resources you might recommend.
