I’m in the process of setting up a website with Bravenet’s hosting services and want to ensure that I have the flexibility to use server software like Apache or Nginx for more customized configurations. My goal is to have better control over server settings, performance, and security for my website.

I’ve been using Apache and Nginx for previous projects, so I’m hoping to integrate one of these server options into Bravenet’s platform. However, I’m not sure if Bravenet allows this kind of customization with their hosting packages.

Has anyone here used Apache or Nginx with Bravenet hosting? If so, how was the setup process?

Are there any specific limitations or steps I should be aware of when trying to use these server software options?

Is it necessary to be on a particular hosting plan to use custom server software, or is it available across all tiers?
