I’m in the market for a new ultrabook and keep seeing Intel Evo certified laptops popping up everywhere. They promise great battery life, instant wake, and solid performance, but I’d love to hear from actual users before making a decision.

For those who own an Intel Evo laptop:

Does the "9+ hours of real-world battery life" claim hold up, or is it just marketing?

How snappy is the instant wake feature in daily use? (I hate waiting for my current laptop to wake up!)

Do you notice a real difference in performance for everyday tasks (browsing, video calls, light photo editing) compared to non-Evo laptops?

Also, I’ve heard Evo laptops are optimized for Thunderbolt 4 and Wi-Fi 6—has anyone tested these features extensively? Any compatibility quirks?
