Hi everyone! I'm currently researching options for a 500 hour yoga teacher training in India, and I'd really appreciate any advice or personal experiences you can share. This is a big step for me, and I want to make sure I choose the right school that aligns with my goals, values, and teaching style.

I’m particularly interested in programs that offer a balance of traditional yogic teachings, strong asana practice, deep dives into philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and proper teaching methodology.
