What Does a Bond Mortgage Broker Actually Do?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been hearing the term bond mortgage broker lately and I'm curious—what exactly does a mortgage broker in the bond space do?

How is their role different from a traditional mortgage broker, and what kind of clients or transactions do they typically handle? If anyone has experience working with one, I’d love to hear more about what they actually do day-to-day.
