I’m researching Elevator AMC in Mumbai and wanted to get some opinions from people who have experience managing elevators in residential societies, offices, or commercial buildings.

A few things I think are worth considering before choosing an AMC provider are:

* Preventive maintenance and regular inspections
* Response time in case of breakdowns
* Availability of trained technicians
* Replacement or repair of commonly used components
* Clarity about what is included in the AMC
* Overall service quality and pricing

I came across EROS GROUP while looking into elevator maintenance providers in Mumbai. I’m curious to know if anyone here has experience with their AMC services or has worked with them for a residential or commercial elevator.

More generally, what has been your experience with elevator AMC companies in Mumbai? Are there any particular things you would recommend checking before signing an AMC contract?
