From the Anadarko Daily...

This ad was sent to me so I could post it on this forum. The ad was in the paper a couple of weeks ago.

Re: From the Anadarko Daily...

who is Frank?

Re: From the Anadarko Daily...

what happened at the meeting? who was there? what was said?

Re: From the Anadarko Daily...

Am I the only one who does not know about Crossland constuction and building on land not owned? What is going on? Someone tell what is happening? Surely there are more than me who cannot attend meetings and who do not know what is going on.

Please, someone tell us what is happening.

Re: From the Anadarko Daily...

2004, when Council 5 were still majority, Parker signed a contract with NORAM, without majority council approval. Don't think that was legal. Frank Shunook is head NORAM. Parker, Hinse & Kodaseet minority council hired Rick Grellner at that same time.

Understand Council 5 fired Grellner earlier in 2003 in a legal council mtg. But Parker, Hinse & Kodaseet stood behind Frank & Rick all the way.

Soooo. Frank & Rick have been with our gaming stuff ever since. Grellner always manages to shield NORAM & Frank Shnook.

Early this year, 2009, Crossland was given the go ahead to begin construction on trust land at Hydro I-40, on the advice of Grellner AND NORAM. Grellner said in a SAT membership mtg that the "BIA & NIGC" were on board, even though the tribe did not own the land or have a lease. Wellll, on Monday after that memb. mtg the BIA issued a "CEASE & DESIST NOTICE TO STOP CONSTRUCTION.

Soooo, now were in debt because of Frank & Rick's mistakes. And soooo, what's new? $1 million plus debt.

Now Brian Foster, who looks like helped some Cheynnes go to prison has been hired by the Caddo Tribal council on Grellner's recommendation. Grellner and Brian Foster are best friends.

Maybe someone else who knows more can give more light to your question.

Re: From the Anadarko Daily...

So how long has Brian Foster been working with the Caddo Tribal Council?

Re: From the Anadarko Daily...

In the January membership meeting, membership voted to raise the amount for the casino from $12.5 million to $15 million dollars. In March Brian Foster was hired for the casino manager position. As far as the funds are concerned, we are still waiting for Frank Schnouk and his money brokers to deliver. There are still problems with access to the property. In short, we are land locked and must purchase additional land to secure access to the casino property. Negotiations are on going.

THIS IS FROM AN EARLIER NEWS IN APRIL.

Re: From the Anadarko Daily...

If this is landlocked, as you say, I'm wondering why our Chairman and/or the family didn't say anything to membership about this small detail. Was the family just interested in what money they could get from the tribe? The Chairman didn't seem to care what the tribe had to pay so her picture could be put in the paper. There has to be a way in, surely.

Re: From the Anadarko Daily...

Wow, since my father Tom Kionute passed away I have not been following the tribe that closely. But it appears that not much has changed. We tried like hell to get a quality developer for the casino. We had a great one picked out, and we got the door shut in our faces by Larue. Not it appears that the same ole people are still in there trying to get a piece of the tribes money. This is a sad sad story. If the tribe would have went with the developer we choose the casino would be open and the tribe would be making money, but NO.

I hope one day this tribe will get it together and get a casino for "ITS PEOPLE" not for individuals. I got a call from a developer that i had spoken with several years ago about the tribe. I told him that from what i was told they were all but building the casino already. I guess that was wrong.

I said it once and i will say it again. If this tribe wants a casino, built by a quality developer who has built casinos and done business with the NIGC in the past. CALL ME. But i know I won't get any calls because I will do it the correct way. 512-203-8402. i am always available to answer any questions i can. You don't have to worry if i am a criminal because my record is flawless. I have family who are Caddo members as well as a ton of friends, so my motivation is for them. Plus I would love to be the one that got this done not only for the tribe but for my DAD who was blackballed by parker.
