Where were you when

Where were you when i needed a shoulder to lean on?
where were you when i sat for hours on crying and you never came?
when i was all alone needing someone to talk to you were getting drunk or in prison!
The only thing i am asking is where were you?

Wow, as a teenage poet I was googling for poems and I found this site. I am so glad I did too. Though my life seems good compared to those incredible poets who have posted, I feel as if when I read their stories, I feel their emotions. It is as if, as they wrote these, not only did they post words, but their feeling and pain seeped into the poems as well. I actually cry when I read some and I have learned that these poets have a gift. These poems are some of the best ever and the stories that go along are extreamly sad, but it is good they are shown into the world. Okay, so I am rambling now so I will end this just by saying:
Writers:
When I read your work
My eyes start to tear
I can feel your emotions
Love, hate, fear

You all are amazing
And deserve the best of all
And if someone pushes you
You do not fall

In fact you stand up again
And write it all down
So people like me read
And start to frown

I really lilke this web site!!!! But i need to know if there are some girls out there that are going through the same things as I am....My mom kicked me out of the house just beacuse i Had sex with my Boyfriend and now i think that i am going to live with my boyfriend but i dont want to put that pressure on them they are great people ....my mom does not want anything to do with me if i do not move in with my boyfried's parents i have no where to go ...so is anyone having the same problems as i as???? I’m in a cellar above the ground
I see a rainbow but it’s not round
And all my dreams come crashing down
I’m in the present, but I feel the past
Will I ever find a love that will last?
My life is slow, but it’s gone too fast
At the playground, I’m gone down the slide
But it’s not a game, It’s not a ride
When I reach the end, I have died
There’s dirt in the sky, and stars in the ground
I will soon be lost, Yet once I was found
I once was free, but now I am bound
Out in the freezing sun, burning snow
My map doesn’t show which way to go.
What have I learned? I just don’t know
I feel so exposed, while I hide my heart
I control my whole self, yet just a part
And frozen blood waits to melt my heart
