Re: Tony Tolan

Inded very sad news. I have been expectating it for some weeks but like most, was hoping my expatations were false.
Tony has done so much for us, sending DVD's at his own expense and willingly helping us in any way he could. I shall miss him greatly myself, as will our Association, British veterans Newcastle and Hunter.
On one occasion I mentioned that we could not get UK poppies for Remembrance Day, in a very short time there was a packet arrive with plenty of UK poppies for us so we could wear them instead the Australian ones. These we wearon ANZAC Day.
RIP Tony. Taffy and British Vets Newcastle and Hunter.
